Privacy policy

Effective 12 October 2026. O2 Health Lab, 230 Newport Center Drive, Suite 120, Newport Beach, CA 92660. This policy covers the landing page at visit.o2healthlab.com. The main website, o2healthlab.com, has its own cookie policy.

What this page collects

If you ask us to call you back, we collect the first name and phone number you type in, the time of day you prefer, and whether you have tried hyperbaric oxygen before. We use that only to call you. It is emailed to the O2 Health Lab team and to Film&Content, the company that built and runs this page for us, and it is not stored on the page or in a database.

If you call the number on this page, the call is handled through a call tracking service (CallRail) that tells us which page the call came from. Calls to the lab are answered by our team.

Analytics and advertising measurement

The page uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which parts of the page people use, such as which video they watched or which button they tapped. It does not send your name or phone number to Google. If you arrived from one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, Meta's pixel may record that you visited and whether you asked for a call, so that we can see which ads are working. These tools set cookies in your browser. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the page still works without them.

Who we share information with

Only the services named above: Film&Content (which manages the page on our behalf), the email service that delivers call-back requests (Resend), CallRail, Google and Meta. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Call-back request emails are kept as long as we need them to follow up with you, and then deleted. Analytics data is kept according to Google's and Meta's own retention settings.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To ask, call (949) 541-2000 or email info@o2healthlab.com.

Children

This page is for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with the date it took effect.
